Policy Positions
As true grassroots activists, NENP volunteers all hold their own unique individual opinions. The organization as a whole, however, will defend specific positions on policy listed below.
History:
The NENP holds unapologetic reverence for the rich history of our forefathers, who settled and built colonial New England. We shall adamantly opposes all efforts to remove or “contextualize” historical sites, markers, and monuments. It should be a priority of state and local government to maintain these things for future generations.
Religion:
The NENP recognizes that New England was founded by and for Christians of various denominations, and we believe no other faith should be recognized by our government and institutions.
Immigration:
The NENP is nativist, and favors a complete moratorium on immigration, as well as total remigration of the various foreign groups that have been settled throughout New England. The government policy of replacing the native population must be reversed.
Foreign Conflicts:
The NENP opposes all international conflicts that are not prosecuted solely to protect the lives and interests of the American people.
Energy:
The NENP believes energy independence should be a primary objective of any government. We support common-sense energy solutions from all available sources, including nuclear and fossil fuels.
Environment:
The NENP supports strict, but non punitive environmental regulation to preserve our idyllic New England landscape. We reject the notion that environmental protection must be at odds with energy development.
Abortion:
The NENP is pro life, and abolitionist. We oppose abortion without exception, and believe it should be criminalized as murder.
Firearms:
The NENP fully supports the 2nd amendment of the United States constitution, and believes it is not only the right, but the duty of law citizens to keep and bear firearms.
LGBT:
The NENP fundamentally opposes the LGBT agenda in its entirety, without exception.
